Multifactor Authentication Quick Tips
Enroll or Unenroll a Computer Enroll a Computer/Browser
Step 1: Click on Continue on MFA Prompt screen, or go to User Options à Enhanced Login Security.
Step 2: On the Enhanced Login Security screen, leave first (default) radio button selected, and click on Submit.
Step 3: On the popup window, click on OK. The MFA feature puts a cookie on the user’s browser.
Step 4: A success screen displays.
Unenroll a Computer/Browser (If you change browsers or no longer will use a computer or browser)
Step 1: Go to User Options à Enhanced Login Security
Step 2: On the Enhanced Login Security screen, select the second radio button, and click on Submit.
Step 3: On the popup window, click on OK. The MFA removes the cookie from the your browser.
Step 4: A success screen displays.
