Personal Banker - Full Time
Role: Deliver professional, accurate and timely assistance to members and potential members. Assist credit union members and non-members, as applicable, with financial transactions and provide information regarding credit union products and services in a professional, accurate and timely manner. Perform loan closings, new account openings, and provide an exceptional customer service experience with a high degree of accuracy in all work performed. Proactively educate and demonstrate CSCU products and services during any and all member interactions. Promote self-service channels of product delivery through tech bar assistance, ILT demonstration & assistance, and assisting with online banking & mobile banking problem resolution Assist members and other staff in resolving member issues. Responsible for adhering to all policies, procedures, deadlines and insuring compliance with credit union and federal regulations.
Six months or two years of similar or related experience
A high school education or GED
The ability to influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation is an important part of the job.
