How do I place a first-time order?
First-time orders are generally placed at account opening by your CSCU representative. If not, your first order can be placed by calling 936-295-3980, visiting a branch, or mailing in a written request to 250 FM 2821 Rd W Huntsville, TX 77320.
Any written request must include:
- Member number
- Number of boxes
- Single or Duplicates
- Special notes or requests
- Style of check selected
- starting check number desired
What information do I need to place a reorder?
To reorder checks, you must have the following information:
- Routing Number
- Account Number
- Account Zip Code
- Account Type (personal/business)
How long will it take for my checks to arrive?
Check orders are subject to mailing delays, though you can typically expect to receive them within 7-10 business days after the order has been placed.
