eStatements can be accessed through your Online Banking Account. 

Linking External Accounts

At this time, there is no way to link external accounts within the Online Banking system.

Money can be sent to external accounts via Zelle, Wire, or Bill Pay.

Lost a Card

If you have lost your debit card:

If you have lost your credit card:

Text us at 936-295-3980 during business hours or call 936-295-3980 and select option 3.

Mobile Deposit

Mobile Deposits are typically accepted within 2-3 hours during normal business hours. Checks must be endorsed with your signature, “For Mobile Deposit Only CSCU”, and the date.

Tax Info

If you earn more than $10.00 in Interest, you will receive a 1099-C that will be sent out by January 31st.

If you did not earn more than $10.00 in Interest, or if you need your annual loan information the December Statement has that information.

Unauthorized Transaction

For an unauthorized transaction on your Debit Card call 936-295-3980 and select option 3.

For an unauthorized transaction on your Credit Card call 936-295-3980 and select option 4.

Zelle

Zelle is designed for sending money between family and friends. You must have a checking account and be 18 years or older to access it. If you are having any enrollment issues, please contact us at 936-295-3980.
